Chef Derek Bergemann is a Certified Chef and graduated Cum Laude from Columbus State Culinary Institute with a Culinary Arts Degree.  He is a state certified food manager with extensive knowledge of nutrition and food safety practices.  He has completed various studies from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. 
His entrée received an award in the 2001 Bauer and Foss Food and Wine Competition.
